Sr Coordinator - Digital Brand Marketing
Job Description
American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Digital Brand Marketing to support the execution of brand strategy and seasonal campaigns across owned channels, including the website, email, app, and SMS/PN. In a hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, this position serves as a key liaison between the creative team and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns are on-brand, timely, and aligned with business objectives. You will manage in-season creative processes and help translate strategic plans into actionable creative work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison for cross-functional teams handling channel-specific creative requests.
- Collaborate with the manager to craft and maintain in-season creative briefs detailing promotions and product priorities aligned to business goals.
- Kick off all creative work with design and copy teams.
- Oversee in-season timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Conduct first and final reviews of assets to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in documenting and communicating business changes and cross-functional feedback to the creative working group.
- Route final creative to cross-functional teams for approval and execution.
- Deliver weekly marketing plan presentations to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage internal project requests in the project management tool and integrate them into the creative workflow.
- Lead and share the weekly Art Review agenda with the team.
- Partner with Business Strategies and Site Merchandising to confirm inventory of key product priorities.
- Capture seasonal snapshots and conduct competitive analyses.
- Prepare summary decks as requested.
- Support other projects and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of retail or agency marketing experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues, and provide creative solutions.
- Proficient in Google tools.
- Proficient in Monday.com.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and superior communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable presenting in formal settings to individuals and groups including peers and leadership.
