Job Description

Senior Brand and Digital Marketing Manager at Snowbird leads content strategy, brand development and creative direction across digital channels, aligning initiatives with business objectives and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the ongoing development of the resort brand and maintain consistency across marketing channels and guest interactions.
  • Craft campaign briefs, messaging frameworks and creative direction to align internal teams and external agencies with the brand position and reach.
  • Direct the agency of record in annual and seasonal campaigns to boost awareness, consideration, sales and visitation.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, photo and video shoots, and the creation of branded assets.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, designers and other marketing vendors.
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Snowbird's distinctive brand storytelling and positioning.
  • Lead Snowbird's content, brand and digital strategy and production efforts.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of in-house creative and digital teams (photography, videography, social media, CRM, digital) and manage creative requests in the project management system.
  • Steer the overall social media strategy and provide tactical leadership to the social media team.
  • Direct content strategy and editorial planning across digital channels.
  • Produce compelling written content for advertising, website, email, social media and promotional materials.
  • Maintain message consistency across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables for campaigns.
  • Present marketing plans, results and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, technology and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and contribute to a culture of flexible, evidence-based decision making to elevate team knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 4 to 6 years of marketing, content or creative experience.
  • Content marketing experience essential; 2 to 4 years of leadership experience required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to ski or snowboard at an advanced level and pass a physical capacity screening.

Status

Salaried, full-time, year-round.

Location

Snowbird, Utah with a hybrid work arrangement. The broader location is Salt Lake City, Utah.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, in-person at Snowbird with potential for occasional remote work after an introductory period. Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
