Responsibilities

• Manage and create content for the company’s social media pages
• Assist management with ongoing marketing efforts
• Support the parts department by helping customers identify and select the correct parts for equipment
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making clear recommendations
• Maintain accurate parts inventory records and help ensure parts are properly stocked
• Process parts orders and handle customer transactions
• Collaborate with technicians to support timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
• Keep the parts department clean and organized

Requirements

• Knowledge of marketing, social media campaigns, and prior social media experience (required)
• Good command of the English language
• Strong knowledge of parts and parts breakdowns or schematics, including engine parts, hydraulic parts, and other mechanical components
• Strong knowledge of repair and service terms
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy when managing parts inventory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records

Preferred (not required): Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude.
