Responsibilities
Develop Wolf Games' marketing function from scratch, defining the strategy and operating model. Establish brand positioning, go-to-market approaches, and marketing systems, setting priorities and building repeatable processes to scale with the business.
Cultivate an owned player audience by shaping our community strategy and growing player spaces such as Discord. Create repeatable methods to attract, engage, and retain early players across multiple launches, building an audience that follows Wolf Games as a brand, not just individual titles.
Lead brand and content strategy across all public touchpoints. Own brand positioning, messaging, website strategy, social presence, and our build-in-public content engine. Work with Creative to direct content strategies and campaigns for players and commercial partners.
Own game launch marketing by crafting repeatable launch playbooks that align community, content, creative, and partner marketing into coordinated campaigns that maximize awareness, engagement, and long-term retention, strengthening the brand and future release readiness.
Measure, learn and scale the function by defining relevant metrics and establishing frameworks for audience growth, community health, launch performance, and brand awareness. Use data and experimentation to refine strategy, uncover opportunities, and demonstrate marketing impact on engagement and commercial success.
