Senior Marketing Research Analyst

The Senior Marketing Research Analyst supports strategic business decisions through the design, collection, and analysis of market and industry research. In this hybrid role based in Dulles, VA, you will produce clear reporting and dashboards, present insights to internal and external audiences, and partner across teams to inform promotion, expansion, and trend analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and other research instruments to evaluate member engagement, CFC products, services, and related benefits.
• Analyze survey results and other research findings, then develop actionable reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• Maintain data collections and databases to support accuracy and ongoing upkeep.
• Update and manage reports, presentations, dashboards, and other visual outputs to communicate research findings, using Power BI and other tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support development of product line promotion and expansion materials.
• Work with the Corporate Development team to research, analyze, and report on market, utility, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in marketing, market research, or business development.
• Electric cooperative or financial services industry experience is preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: USD 94,000 to 127,000 per year
