Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager leads the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for assigned brand and product lines. This onsite role is based in Franklin, TN, and relies on data-driven insights to support audience engagement across owned, paid, and partner channels.
Role Overview
In this position, you serve as a strategic partner within the Marketing team, providing campaign leadership and direction while building strong cross-functional relationships across the Ministry. You translate organizational goals and audience insights into campaign strategies, then drive full lifecycle execution from ideation through analysis.

The role is ministry-oriented, with an emphasis on alignment with K-LOVE’s faith, mission, vision, and values. The Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for using their skills to serve with excellence in support of that mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Ministry endeavors by following employment policies and practices, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, participating in safety training, and specifically following K-LOVE’s Injury Prevention and Safety program.
- Act as the lead marketing partner for assigned brands and products, aligning campaign strategies with organizational goals and audience insights.
- Develop full lifecycle strategic campaign plans across digital (web, email, social, SMS), radio, events, direct mail, and other channels.
- Lead campaign planning meetings to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, resources, and cross-channel integration.
- Manage campaign calendars and inventory, anticipating challenges and securing required placements across channels.
- Collaborate with content producers, designers, and project managers to commission deliverables that meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Direct stakeholder communications, manage review cycles, and ensure timely approvals for campaign materials.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution with accuracy, timeline adherence, and message consistency.
- Monitor performance in real time, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-informed adjustments.
- Synthesize results into clear, actionable reports, highlighting ROI, audience engagement, and learnings to support future strategy.
- Mentor other Campaign Managers by sharing best practices, tools, and strategies to strengthen team capabilities.
- Shape SOPs for the Mobile Marketing Specialist (MMS) to support a high-accuracy SMS sending system for campaign messaging, branded content, fundraising, and more, and provide supervision and quality assurance as needed.
- Contribute to an internal culture of collaboration, service excellence, and ministry alignment through consistent, values-driven communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned, with responsibilities subject to review and change.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in communication or digital marketing, or a combination of education/training with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing and customer service experience.
- Experience in agency or in-house environments with multi-brand and multi-location environments.
- Experience across full, comprehensive campaign mediums including broadcast, outdoor, print, digital, and mail.
- Knowledge of the creative process, including the ability to commission creative development and work with creative producers.
- Good understanding of current marketing trends.
- Exceptional project management and planning abilities, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with effective time management, budget ownership, and process improvement.
- Strong computer skills, including Google and Microsoft Office products (Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
- Experience using Project Management software (Wrike), preferred.
- Collaborative and flexible working style with a service mentality and ability to function as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build sincere business/Ministry relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for the mission and values.
- Must pass a pre-employment reference screen and background check.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
