Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist location is Eden Prairie, MN, designed for on-site work. This role leads the creation and execution of programs to raise brand visibility, engage key channels, generate quality leads, and support revenue growth. Core focus areas include demand generation, marketing automation, content and channel optimization, and leveraging AI tools to boost performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deploy, and continuously optimize integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate digital activities for product launches across the website, email, social channels, and partner communications
  • Develop landing pages, forms, and lead capture tools aligned with campaign goals and conversion measurement
  • Track campaign performance and propose optimization strategies based on data
  • Design and maintain HubSpot workflows and automation, implement lead scoring, segmentation, and ensure CRM sync with Salesforce
  • Create nurture programs to enhance engagement and advance leads through the funnel
  • Deliver email campaigns with audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Maintain CRM data quality, organization, and reporting accuracy
  • Oversee recurring communications including newsletters, partner updates, and Infinium Certified Reseller program messaging
  • Produce blogs, guides, newsletters, and related content across brand properties
  • Coordinate social media calendars, scheduling, and analytics
  • Repurpose content across channels to extend reach and engagement
  • Support content for webinars, product launches, sales initiatives, and partner programs
  • Maintain website content supporting Answer Engine Optimization efforts
  • Assist AI-driven discovery initiatives and Generative Engine Optimization efforts
  • Monitor website performance and propose improvements to content and user experience
  • Build dashboards and analyze campaign, site, email, and content performance for leadership reporting
  • Assist with webinar promotion, media outreach, press releases, and communications for major announcements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation
  • Proven success supporting integrated campaigns, automation strategy, and cross-channel performance optimization
  • Experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms, with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Background in B2B marketing; familiarity with professional AV, technology, manufacturing, or education markets preferred
  • Experience evaluating and applying AI tools and marketing technologies to improve outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments
  • Understanding of AEO, SEO, AI-driven discovery, or content optimization strategies preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, able to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
