Job Description
The National Hispanic Contractors Association seeks a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join the team onsite in Houston, Texas. This role offers a yearly salary range of USD 30,863 to 45,598 and requires a bachelor's degree plus at least three years of marketing experience. Responsibilities
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact between clients and the agency, building strong relationships while understanding marketing needs.
- Campaign Planning: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns targeted to Hispanic audiences, incorporating cultural insights and trends.
- Market Research: Research Hispanic demographics, track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Content Coordination: Work with creative teams to produce culturally relevant content across copy, visuals, and video.
- Media Planning: Support media planning and media buying to optimize reach to the target audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics, deliver regular client reports, and recommend optimization steps.
- Budget Management: Assist in efficiently allocating budget resources for campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and promote events or activations aimed at Hispanic communities.
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and cultural insights.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of marketing coordinators, offering mentorship and fostering collaboration.
- Client Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts through additional services and campaigns.
- New Business Development: Contribute to agency growth by pursuing new opportunities in Hispanic marketing spaces.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and Hispanic market influencers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the Hispanic marketing field.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
