This onsite role supports Fleet Feet’s store marketing efforts to connect with running and fitness communities and drive retail results.

Reach current running customers and expand into new running and fitness communities in the surrounding area
Support the Marketing Manager with driving customers into the store, meeting sales objectives, and acquiring and retaining customers
Participate in grassroots marketing initiatives
Manage and execute social media marketing
Coordinate email marketing activities
Coordinate outreach events and expos
Build and maintain race partnerships
Coordinate packet pickups and provide race support
Work collaboratively with Store Management, the Retail Experience Team, the Running Club Team, and the local community

Available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proven track record of cold calling and building grassroots relationships (preferred)
Working knowledge of Social Media and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple moving parts, plan initiatives, and see projects through to completion
