Regional Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Regional Marketing Manager coordinates national and local digital marketing across divisions and serves as the primary liaison to the Division Marketing team from Pleasanton, CA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Divisions to advance key growth targets and act as the Marketing team liaison.
- Facilitate weekly Division meetings and quarterly business reviews with Division teams.
- Deliver weekly performance insights to divisions to support decision-making.
- Support Divisions and National teams with program recaps.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Analytics, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Content to drive Division and National goals.
- Interpret National and Division initiatives and advise on execution options.
- Create hyper-localized division messaging integrated into evergreen digital campaigns.
- Develop digital marketing playbooks for key evergreen division priorities.
- Partner with internal teams to drive agenda and implementation.
- Present findings and plans confidently to senior management and large audiences.
- Define clear timelines and benchmarks for all Division digital marketing projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for all division digital marketing projects, clarifying requirements and deliverables; manage program operations, including workflow, documentation, communication, and cross-team coordination; ensure key deliverables stay on schedule.
- Track and report performance, ensuring programs deliver differentiated value against objectives.
- Utilize analytics and measurement tools to understand customer segments and marketing channels, optimizing efficiency with a focus on revenue and customer acquisition.
- Tour stores and monitor competitor marketing activities.
- Share Division and National best practices.
- Institute a rigorous test-and-learn approach to achieve desired results.
- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, escalate issues, balance business needs with technical constraints, and maximize business benefit.
- Engage across all levels of the organization, regardless of scope.
- Review creative, copy, and promotions as needed, driving marketing efficiency and process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years managing digital and traditional marketing programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple active projects and priorities.
- Understanding of paid advertising, customer targeting, store and ecommerce operations.
- Proven experience gathering and analyzing marketing data and applying insights to implement new ideas.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and process improvement.
- Strong initiative, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills with experience in negotiation and consensus building.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
