Job Description
The Regional Marketing Coordinator leads localized brand-building and community engagement across Missouri and Kansas, planning marketing events and serving as Gateway Fiber's brand ambassador within local communities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, coordinate, and implement highly localized events, sponsorships, and charitable marketing campaigns to establish relationships with prospective customers.
- Represent Gateway Fiber at diverse community events and sales opportunities to drive local acquisition and activate brand-building initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop engaging content for social media.
- Deliver periodic reports on regional activities, market insights, customer feedback, and competitive monitoring.
- Willingness to participate in departmental projects as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- Proficiency with multiple business systems, data extraction, and workflow management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience managing events and community relations.
- Two or more years of experience coordinating and executing community-centric events and interactions.
- Strong project, timeline, and resource management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and engage with community partners and members.
- Demonstrated ability to positively engage with community stakeholders, members, and potential partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently and make sound decisions.
- Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods as needed.
