Job Description

The Regional Marketing Coordinator leads localized brand-building and community engagement across Missouri and Kansas, planning marketing events and serving as Gateway Fiber's brand ambassador within local communities.

Responsibilities

Identify, coordinate, and implement highly localized events, sponsorships, and charitable marketing campaigns to establish relationships with prospective customers.
Represent Gateway Fiber at diverse community events and sales opportunities to drive local acquisition and activate brand-building initiatives.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop engaging content for social media.
Deliver periodic reports on regional activities, market insights, customer feedback, and competitive monitoring.
Willingness to participate in departmental projects as assigned or directed.

Requirements

Proficiency with multiple business systems, data extraction, and workflow management.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience managing events and community relations.
Two or more years of experience coordinating and executing community-centric events and interactions.
Strong project, timeline, and resource management skills.
Willingness to travel regionally and engage with community partners and members.
Demonstrated ability to positively engage with community stakeholders, members, and potential partners.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently and make sound decisions.
Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods as needed.
