Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily execution of media and content plans, coordinating, reviewing, and delivering content across channels such as video, digital, and social.
- Support the development and tracking of measurement plans, metrics, and reporting; analyze campaign performance and propose optimization recommendations.
- Bring creative and innovative thinking to propose new partnership opportunities aligned with evolving industry trends.
- Assist in briefing agencies and external partners on brand vision, objectives, and investment strategy to drive strong, high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing peers to design and implement fully integrated plans that maximize reach.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for external agencies and internal partners.
- Manage the annual partnership budget, including forecasting, tracking monthly fees, and submitting invoices.
- Supervise the Marketing Supervisor and foster a culture where associates feel welcomed, valued, and engaged.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in retail or fashion, with relevant partnership background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing a full-time employee(s) and/or team
- Strong interpersonal skills, including deep listening and inquiry, effective communication, highly collaborative, participatory decision-maker
- Interest in fashion/home trends, pop culture, entertainment and is digitally savvy
- Experience evaluating creative and interpreting brand vision through creative execution
- Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Openness to travel (20% of the time) to support partnership execution
