Job Description

HarveStaff is seeking a mid-level Marketing Specialist for an onsite contract role in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The position centers on planning, managing, and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive product adoption, and boost customer engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, product launches, digital programs, trade shows, and sales enablement assets.
  • Build and manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across internal teams, sales, stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Attend project meetings and report on marketing activities.
  • Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, slide decks, guides, one-pagers, and other promotional content.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Lead the development of creative assets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage graphic design tools to support content creation.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, technical teams, and creative partners to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and propose optimization ideas.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and project workflows.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while preserving quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Three to six years of experience in marketing, marketing project management, or a related field; bachelor level education required.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Copywriting and copy-editing experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience with marketing project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with marketing communications and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field.
