Marketing Specialist, Practice Services
Job Description
Marketing Specialist supporting Henry Schein Dental Practice Services brands coordinates cross-channel campaigns and communications with internal teams and vendor partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in applying brand positioning and guidelines across all materials for Dental Practice Services brands, including Dental Practice Transitions and RCM solutions (eAssist and Unitas), ensuring compliance with brand standards and required disclosures/approvals.
- Help create and execute integrated marketing plans, covering campaign design, customer and internal communications, and cross-brand program coordination.
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing liaison for selected vendor partners and internal stakeholders, supporting deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to marketing programs and promotions that align with annual growth goals, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure timely and on-budget execution.
- Collaborate with Creative Services, product/brand stakeholders, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
- Maintain and support the marketing campaign calendar, assisting with coordination, scheduling, and pivots as priorities shift.
- Support development of collateral and content for marketing programs across channels including website, email, print, social media, internal communications, and sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate with Creative Services, external agencies, and vendors to produce brochures, ads, flyers, and digital assets that educate, communicate value, and drive growth.
- Support sales enablement by creating and distributing materials that promote campaigns, specials, and key messaging to the field and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with coordinating advertising and promotional placements across internal and external channels to align with program goals.
- Support marketing performance tracking and reporting by helping establish tracking, compiling results, and sharing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Assist with expense tracking and budget support, including coordinating invoices and ensuring expenses align with budgets and agreements.
- Participate in cross-functional and inter-departmental meetings related to Corporate Business and Practice Services initiatives, supporting cross-sell and portfolio awareness efforts.
- Provide event and meeting support, including tradeshows and National Sales Meetings, covering logistics, collateral coordination, booth materials, and giveaways.
- Support webinar marketing operations by coordinating content, workflow, and upload submissions for Business Solutions and DBI webinars with the webinar team.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as requested or required.
Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing programs involving third-party partners is preferred.
- Knowledge of the dental industry, healthcare, or related business solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, paid media, print).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Working understanding of standard industry marketing practices.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
- Proficiency with marketing tools, systems, and procedures.
