Marketing Specialist - Brand Designer & Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Create on-brand marketing assets for social media, product pages, e-commerce, packaging, print collateral, and campaign visuals.
• Develop hero imagery, teasers, educational content, and advertising creative for the product line and launches.
• Produce brand-consistent marketing assets to support new franchise openings.
• Assist with email design and merchandising of product description pages (PDP).
• Maintain a steady, on-brand content pipeline aligned with the marketing calendar.
• Provide support and serve as a back up to the Marketing Coordinator.
• Contribute basic photo and short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) for social and marketing, with social-native quality on mobile or camera.

Requirements

• Strong graphic design portfolio; design is the core focus and primary evaluation criterion.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and/or Canva.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and a modern, social-first mindset.
• Self-directed and prolific, able to produce high-volume work across multiple formats and channels.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent portfolio of professional-quality work.
• Comfortable shooting basic photos and short-form video on mobile; social-native quality.
