Marketing Specialist

Jaque Bethke Design is a Scottsdale-based studio looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can plan, produce, and execute marketing content across social media, web, and print. This individual-contributor role blends creative output with practical execution, using AI-assisted tools to help accelerate production while maintaining quality. You will also collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer-facing enablement materials.

What you’ll do

• Own the social media presence by managing the content calendar and publishing across all brand platforms, including copywriting, graphics, and light video/photo editing
• Engage daily by monitoring messages and engagement and responding in a timely, on-brand manner
• Keep the website current by building, updating, and maintaining pages so content, imagery, and functionality stay up to date
• Create print-ready marketing materials including brochures, signage, leave-behinds, and event collateral, from concept through print-ready file specifications
• Support sales with marketing assets by producing pitch decks, proposal materials, one-pagers, and other sales enablement content
• Plan and execute launches for campaigns and product or service releases, including asset creation and photoshoot coordination with on-time delivery
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and touchpoints while partnering with leadership on creative direction
• Use AI-assisted tools for rendering, design, and content generation to move faster without sacrificing quality
• Measure and iterate by tracking performance across channels, reporting what’s working, and flagging opportunities and risks
• Stay organized by keeping marketing assets, files, and shared drives labeled, accessible, and easy to find

What you bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in a marketing specialist, generalist, or similar hands-on marketing role
• Proficiency with AI-assisted design and content creation tools
• Comfort with creative tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Website management experience working with Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Social media management experience across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
• Print production experience, from design concept to print-ready file specifications
• Strong communication with excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong project control, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying highly organized and self-directed

Tools you’ll work with

AI-assisted design and content creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce.

Compensation and location

Scottsdale, AZ (onsite). Salary range: USD 90,000 - 100,000 per year.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience supporting a sales team, including familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Agency, design studio, or other client-services marketing background
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills
