Job Description
Based in Maysville, Kentucky, Lifeline Homecare Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and support CareGiver recruitment while forging community partnerships to drive regional growth across Kentucky. The role combines hands-on campaign management with close collaboration across departments to ensure consistent messaging and measurable results in a locally focused market.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media aligned with growth objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and propose optimizations to maximize return on investment and support regional expansion.
- Draft engaging copy and create visual assets for social media, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials, ads, and communications reflect the organization’s mission and comply with policies and regulations, obtaining required approvals before publication.
- Plan, coordinate, attend, and follow up on community events, health fairs, networking opportunities, and local sponsorships in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior centers, physicians, veterans’ organizations, churches, and other community partners to strengthen referral pipelines and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Regional Directors to develop targeted recruitment campaigns that attract CareGivers and regional staff through digital advertising, community outreach, hiring events, and promotional materials.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, referral sources, and regional demographics to identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, and other key marketing metrics.
- Monitor website traffic and social media metrics, applying SEO best practices to improve online visibility and lead generation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Regional travel up to 75 percent across multiple Kentucky counties. Requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to drive in varied weather and terrain.
- Stamina and mobility to remain stationary for extended periods in an office or vehicle, and to stand, walk, and move through client residences and during events.
- Physical activities including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to handle materials.
- Sensory requirements involve effective communication using auditory and visual methods; close vision (20 inches or less) needed for documentation and client review.
