Job Description

Based in Boise, Idaho with a hybrid work arrangement, the Marketing Specialist supports the development, management, and execution of content initiatives across digital, retail, and promotional channels. The role ensures content is accurate, on brand, and aligned with company objectives and applicable Idaho regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creation, review, and distribution of content across websites, email, social channels, retail surfaces, and promotional media
  • Assist with drafting, editing, proofreading, and formatting marketing and operational content
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns and updates are delivered on time
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, operations, product, and external partners to gather content needs and secure approvals
  • Ensure all content adheres to Bally’s Intralot brand standards, tone, and messaging guidance
  • Review content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and compliance with applicable gaming regulations and company policies
  • Support promotional launches, product updates, and player communications with clear messaging
  • Organize and maintain digital content assets, templates, and documentation
  • Partner with designers to define web and mobile app design requirements
  • Monitor content performance and assist in compiling reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Assist with website and CMS updates as needed
  • Coordinate revisions based on stakeholder feedback and changing business priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in content coordination, marketing, communications, or related roles
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, cross-functional environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines tied to campaign launches, promotions, and operational updates
  • Experience in regulated industries, gaming, lottery, or sports betting is a plus
