Job Description

Join Pyramid Hotel Group as a Marketing Specialist for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. This onsite role offers the opportunity to lead an integrated marketing program across digital, social, website, email, advertising, and on-property channels, shaping content, boosting search visibility, and ensuring brand consistency across all guest touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to implementing OKANA's integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, website, email, advertising, and on-property channels.
  • Manage website content, updates, functionality, landing pages, and ongoing optimization.
  • Support SEO and AI Search optimization to improve organic visibility and search performance.
  • Assist in designing digital and print marketing materials including signage, email graphics, presentations, and promotional collateral while maintaining brand standards.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and content creation projects.
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns and assist with CRM initiatives.
  • Manage the resort's online reputation through timely responses to guest reviews across outlets.
  • Assist with digital advertising asset management and campaign execution.
  • Support resort events, promotions, grand openings, and on-property activations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries, marketing inventories, and brand standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging marketing technology, SEO, and AI Search developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of marketing experience; hospitality experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AI Search optimization, GA4, CMS, and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing website content and functionality.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Revinate, Mailchimp, or similar is preferred.
  • Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva strongly preferred.
  • Photography and basic video editing skills a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft 365 and marketing software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute efficiently.
