Job Description

Marketing Specialist role in Poulsbo, WA onsite with John L. Scott Real Estate, supporting brokers with marketing materials, social media, and tools training; local travel to multiple offices is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brokers to develop listing marketing plans that broaden reach through targeted campaigns and social channels
  • Design and tailor flyers, postcards, and other printed and digital assets to promote new listings and support buyer/listing presentations
  • Develop content and manage office social media, sharing best practices to strengthen brokers' online presence
  • Assist with customizing and updating brokers' websites and listing pages
  • Support contacts and email marketing, including CSV imports/exports, scheduling company campaigns, and creating custom email campaigns for the office and brokers
  • Create logos and visual branding for brokers' personal brands while aligning with John L. Scott corporate branding
  • Assist Office Leader with recruiting outreach and marketing campaigns for business development
  • Train brokers on John L. Scott tools and technology platform and stay proficient with JLS offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy with solid social media proficiency
  • Collaborative team player
  • Self-starter with solution-oriented mindset
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Position & Benefits

  • Employment type: full-time, Monday through Friday, non-exempt
  • Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour

Physical Demands
