Marketing Senior Associates, Global Campaigns
Job Description
Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Marketing Senior Associate, Global Campaigns to lead the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel programs from its New York, NY onsite team. This role partners across the Global Marketing function to boost brand visibility and support business growth through digital advertising, social, web content, thought leadership, and client communications. The position offers a salary range of USD 83,000 - 90,000 per year and requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or Public Relations, with at least one year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic contributor within the Global Marketing team, driving end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead initiatives spanning digital advertising, social media, web content, thought leadership, and client communications to deliver measurable impact on brand visibility and business growth.
- Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement integrated programs, including email campaigns, social assets, internal and external communications, web pages, performance reports, white papers, and digital advertisements.
- Oversee daily project intake and briefing processes to ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
- Establish milestones, ownership structures, and success metrics to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards so all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Utilize marketing technologies such as Pardot, Social Studio, Dataroma, Cvent, LinkedIn Advertising, and Google Ads to run campaigns and extract actionable performance insights.
- Demonstrate expertise in campaign analytics, stakeholder engagement, and digital strategy to contribute to global marketing effectiveness and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing or Public Relations.
- Minimum one year of public relations and corporate marketing experience.
- Experience includes public relations strategy.
- Experience engaging in global marketing efforts within a matrixed environment with multiple divisions and business units.
- Experience working with marketing campaign structures, project planning, and management techniques.
- Experience organizing and analyzing campaign results while addressing engagement trends, concerns, and opportunities to support recommendations.
- Experience executing multifaceted campaigns that include web, email, social media, and digital advertising components.
