Marketing Manager

Galaxy Lifts is hiring a Marketing Manager for its Mabank, Texas campus. This onsite role reports to the President and collaborates across departments to drive long term growth by building brand awareness, delivering integrated online and offline marketing strategies, and elevating customer engagement. The position offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and 10 paid holidays. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of marketing plans covering brand positioning, performance marketing, and customer experience
• Oversee and execute performance marketing across digital channels, coordinating with internal and external providers to generate qualified leads
• Manage website development and create new digital content, including social media, email campaigns, and video, to boost awareness and engagement
• Assist in developing customer and marketing analytics to guide strategy and marketing spend
• Support the sales team and partners with data and marketing materials
• Align marketing initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives
• Capture and edit product, industry photo and video content for campaigns as needed
• Implement and support branding efforts across the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in progressive marketing roles, preferably within a high growth, well-managed company
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies; familiarity with CRM platforms, HubSpot, is a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, coordinating marketing, creative, and other stakeholders to drive project completion
• Analytical mindset with ability to track, interpret, and act on marketing data and insights
• Excellent written (copywriting and proofreading) and verbal communication skills
• Ethical, positive culture addition and self-motivated
• Ability to commute to Mabank, Texas
