The Marketing Manager will lead multi-channel campaigns, optimize digital systems, and create content to expand ABA services while elevating brand awareness for OOS Management Corp. in Brooklyn, New York.

Overview

LBAPS is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in digital marketing, design, and funnel-building. This role is central to expanding ABA services and family support to 25,000 families across all 50 states. You will guide multi-channel marketing initiatives, refine marketing technologies, and develop high-quality content that drives engagement, growth, and sustained brand visibility.

Compensation

USD 67,000 – 107,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Direct and synchronize marketing efforts across digital channels and external campaigns
  • Build, update, and optimize WordPress sites, landing pages, and blog content
  • Enhance SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Produce high-quality video content for marketing and educational purposes
  • Create digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
  • Manage marketing automation, integrations, and CRM-related systems
  • Oversee Google Business Profile, monitor reviews, and optimize local listing performance
  • Develop blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and social media content
  • Implement SEO-driven content strategies and perform keyword research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Research and adopt new marketing tools and technologies

Requirements

  • Extensive WordPress experience, including SEO, plugins, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Video editing and graphic design capabilities
  • Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital growth strategies
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
  • Excellent English writing and content creation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Tech-savvy with experience in integrations and marketing systems
