Job Description
Peoples Bank in Cuba, Missouri, is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support the bank’s products, services, and local presence. Working onsite under the direction of the VP of Marketing, this role manages daily marketing operations, guides campaign development, and maintains brand consistency to advance strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and rollout of marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns across print, digital, social media, and local community channels.
- Create and oversee marketing content such as ads, email campaigns, social posts, website updates, and internal communications.
- Ensure website content and customer-facing materials are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Liaise with external marketing agencies and vendors to coordinate graphic design, promotional materials, and branded merchandise.
- Coordinate photography sessions, commercial shoots, and other creative projects with external partners.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives promoting deposits, lending programs, and digital banking services.
- Arrange marketing logistics for community events, sponsorships, and business development activities while representing the bank at public events when appropriate.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with budget tracking, vendor invoices, and campaign expenses.
- Track campaign performance and prepare updates for internal leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Leverage CRM tools, customer surveys, and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in financial services or community banking.
- Strong writing and editing skills across digital and print formats.
- Proven ability to coordinate marketing campaigns, deadlines, and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar systems.
- Experience using CRM systems and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Passion for community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
- Minimum experience: 2 years.
- Experience: Marketing 2 years (Preferred).
