Job Description

Core BTS is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator (remote) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of NRI marketing events, including regional field activities and corporate programs, with a salary range of USD 55,000 to 70,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional field marketing events, partner activities, webinars, and corporate marketing programs.
  • Maintain event timelines, task lists, registration data, calendars, and planning documents to keep programs on track.
  • Manage event logistics such as venues, catering, shipping, promotional materials, attendee rosters, signage, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, partner alliances, and content teams to promote events, target attendees, and handle follow-up.
  • Gather event requirements, deadlines, creative needs, speaker details, and secure internal approvals.
  • Serve as the day-to-day coordination point for assigned events, escalating issues and decisions as needed.
  • Support vendor outreach, estimates, invoices, contracts, purchase requests, and budget tracking.
  • Maintain organized event records, including budgets, attendee reports, vendor information, and post-event documentation.
  • Support cost-effective planning while adhering to internal processes and brand standards.
  • Assist with onsite and virtual event execution, including setup, registration, attendee support, materials, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate post-event activities such as attendee list updates, lead handoff support, survey distribution, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist with basic event reporting, including attendance, engagement, feedback, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing events, field marketing, corporate events, or related programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, details, and multiple event workstreams.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, attendee communications, and event materials.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partners, and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to track budgets, tasks, timelines, attendee lists, and post-event follow-up items.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
  • Experience supporting B2B technology, professional services, or partner-led events.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, registration tools, or project management systems.
  • Experience supporting virtual, hybrid, or in-person events.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in building repeatable event processes, templates, and best practices.
