Job Description

Based in Hoover, Alabama, Cahaba Dermatology & Skin Health Center offers a collaborative, patient‑focused environment with clear opportunities to grow in marketing and events. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all office events, promotions, and patient experiences
  • Oversee events, pop-up activities, and community outreach opportunities
  • Handle event logistics including vendors, décor, setup, teardown, and timelines
  • Develop new event opportunities and partnerships to grow patients and revenue
  • Ensure events reflect brand standards and deliver a high-quality patient experience
  • Run in‑office marketing campaigns, including signage, merchandising, and promotions
  • Produce print materials, displays, and marketing collateral
  • Monitor timelines to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to roll out promotions, new services, and product launches
  • Keep staff informed and prepared for promotions and events
  • Share campaign details, expectations, and updates across departments
  • Support training and readiness for front desk, providers, and retail teams
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, event partners, and local businesses
  • Coordinate collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities within the community

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related field
  • Experience planning and executing events (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings for events
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to follow through with minimal direction
