In this leadership position, you will craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with EMS objectives, champion brand awareness, and drive lead generation. You will guide cross functional teams to optimize digital performance, develop compelling content, and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the market.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans that support EMS goals, emphasizing both brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social channels.
  • Oversee content production including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
  • Manage website content and performance via WordPress, HTML, CSS, and content management systems to ensure a strong user experience.
  • Apply SEO tools, keyword research, SEM techniques, and Google Ads to improve organic rankings and paid search effectiveness.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through targeted messaging while tracking engagement metrics.
  • Supervise social media management and develop strategies for social advertising on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Establish web analytics reporting to monitor KPIs like traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROI, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Lead cross functional teams in digital campaign setup, website management, and performance marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM techniques, and web analytics reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, paid advertising, email automation, and content creation.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), graphic design, WordPress or similar CMS, and website optimization tools.
  • Expertise in conversion optimization to improve engagement and generate leads or sales.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data across analytics platforms to inform decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for engaging content development.
  • Proven success managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on performance results.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and online sales funnels to support B2B or B2C initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in digital campaign setup from concept through execution while managing several projects simultaneously.
