Job Description
Eldon Homes is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for both Eldon Homes and Elevate Estates Realty Co., a division within the Eldon Homes family. This on-site role in Stoughton, Wisconsin combines brand stewardship, partnership development, and brokerage marketing while ensuring alignment with Wisconsin real estate advertising standards. The position offers a salary range of USD 72,500 to 96,200 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with at least four years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to promote new home communities, products, and brokerage services.
- Craft and present plans aimed at forging new customer relationships and expanding brand presence.
- Maintain a monthly marketing calendar to track campaigns, initiatives, and deadlines.
- Continuously assess and improve marketing processes, procedures, and overall departmental effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and provide reports and insights to leadership.
- Execute market update campaigns and consumer outreach initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Oversee creation and execution of marketing materials including brochures, print, digital content, signage, and social media for Eldon Homes and Elevate Estates Realty Co. – An Eldon Homes Division.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
- Optimize content for websites, blogs, social channels, and print.
- Develop and distribute monthly and quarterly newsletters.
- Manage and maintain the company website in collaboration with the developer, ensuring content remains current and optimized.
- Support drip marketing campaigns via CRM and marketing software tools.
- Coordinate and manage digital advertising strategies across platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and host promotional events including open houses, community outreach, trade shows, and housing exhibitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Chambers of Commerce in active markets to boost community presence and visibility.
- Support marketing efforts for brokerage listings and open houses; coordinate digital and print advertising for real estate services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home inventory and product offerings to ensure accurate marketing.
- Manage internal communications, including brokerage announcements and culture and brand engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, developers, and external vendors to align outsourced marketing efforts with brand standards.
- Ensure all advertising and campaigns comply with Wisconsin real estate advertising regulations and brokerage standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall marketing and organizational goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing leadership roles with expertise in SEO tools, SEM strategies, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop), and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from diverse sources to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to lead cross-functional teams toward innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Understanding of the real estate or new home construction industry is preferred.
