Job Description

Hotel Jackson is seeking a Creative Director to lead day-to-day on-property creative execution and safeguard the Hotel Jackson brand across guest-facing touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative projects from request through final production or installation: build briefs, manage proofs, coordinate revisions and approvals, and hold production schedules to deadlines.
  • Coordinate menu changes, seasonal refreshes, and promotional materials with Food & Beverage and Spa leadership to keep updates ready for operations.
  • Oversee and manage creative partners (printers, designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, sign vendors, and others): brief clearly, review against Hotel Jackson standards, and ensure quality and timing.
  • Oversee production for printed and physical materials from file preparation through delivery and installation, ensuring work is on-spec and delivered on time.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for operational departments including F&B, Spa, Front Office, Events, and Sales, translating needs into polished, on-brand deliverables and managing daily creative requests.
  • Support campaigns and initiatives set by the Director of Marketing by handling on-property production and implementation.

  • Experience managing freelancers, vendors, and print production processes.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable tools, including independent file preparation for production.
