- Coordinate menu changes, seasonal refreshes, and promotional materials with Food & Beverage and Spa leadership to keep updates ready for operations.
- Oversee and manage creative partners (printers, designers, photographers, videographers, freelancers, sign vendors, and others): brief clearly, review against Hotel Jackson standards, and ensure quality and timing.
- Oversee production for printed and physical materials from file preparation through delivery and installation, ensuring work is on-spec and delivered on time.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for operational departments including F&B, Spa, Front Office, Events, and Sales, translating needs into polished, on-brand deliverables and managing daily creative requests.
- Support campaigns and initiatives set by the Director of Marketing by handling on-property production and implementation.
