Rev-A-Shelf is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to manage the coordination, organization, and execution of marketing assets and product-related creative initiatives. This onsite role in Louisville, KY acts as a central connection point across Product Development, Marketing, Design, Studio, Data, and Sales to help ensure creative work is developed, reviewed, and delivered on schedule.
The coordinator serves as the primary process owner for assigned creative requests, shepherding deliverables from intake through approval while keeping stakeholders aligned on briefs, requirements, and timing. With strong project coordination and follow-through, you will help maintain clear workflows and accurate product information so downstream teams can execute without delays.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordinator and process owner for creative requests including renders, photography, video, design, infographics, and collateral.
- Drive requests through designated templates and Smartsheet workflows, ensuring timely handoffs and follow-through across stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external creative, photography, video, and production partners to ensure briefs, product information, assets, feedback, and approvals are complete and delivered efficiently.
- Confirm required inputs such as information, files, samples, and references are complete prior to assignment, proactively following up on gaps to avoid schedule impacts.
- Lead render requests from intake through final approval, including step file collection, meeting setup, proofing, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Manage photography and video workflows end-to-end, including product ordering, studio coordination, and timeline tracking.
- Ensure final approved assets are delivered accurately and on time to Project Management and other downstream partners.
- Develop, facilitate, and maintain project and creative briefs that align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and support improved downstream execution.
- Facilitate creative brief meetings to drive clarity, alignment, and next steps.
- Coordinate copy and design assignments, manage revisions, and track progress to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Evaluate incoming requests against established priorities and intake requirements, escalating conflicts and capacity concerns when needed.
- Identify, communicate, and follow through on incorrect or missing product data in Salsify or related systems to support accurate downstream execution.
- Maintain and improve digital asset organization according to established SOPs.
- Manage QR code creation and related asset tracking while supporting consistent system organization and accuracy.

Preferred Background
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience supporting creative, product marketing, or marketing operations teams.
- Familiarity with product information management, digital asset management, and project tracking tools, including PIM systems such as Salsify and workflow tools such as Smartsheet.
- Experience coordinating photography, design, or product-related marketing projects, with demonstrated ability to work independently within established processes.
