Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator, Service Marketing role is based onsite in Chelmsford, MA and supports daily service marketing activities, coordinates projects and assets, and partners with global teams to align with business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Service Marketing Welcome Kit for new service customers
  • Maintain service marketing inventory and process orders
  • Develop Microsoft Forms to handle training registrations
  • Draft emails for technical trainings
  • Update and manage the US field service team map
  • Refresh field service address lists and onboarding documents for US and Canada
  • Monthly updates to the technical training email distribution list
  • Manage purchase orders
  • Coordinate giveaways and team items as needed
  • Assist with tradeshow and meeting logistics
  • Support development and coordination of marketing materials
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external resources
  • Monitor the online marketing materials sales catalog
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders
  • Understand budgets to help implement cost saving measures
  • Perform other duties aligned with company goals as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of marketing or marketing communications experience
