Job Description

Plumbco Services, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator and Office Assistant for an on-site role in Forest Hill, TX. This full-time position pays $24.00 to $28.00 per hour and offers a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and a retirement plan. The role supports marketing campaigns, creates social media content, and manages day-to-day office operations while delivering strong customer service and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging social media content, including at least three posts per week.
  • Capture and edit video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Assist with digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between Plumbco and marketing partners.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work within ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
  • Pull permits and assist with scheduling and office operations.
  • Make accounts receivable calls and assist with billing follow-ups.
  • Order marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
  • Help coordinate company events and community involvement.
  • Provide light administrative support as needed.
