Plumbco Services, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator and Office Assistant for an on-site role in Forest Hill, TX. The role supports marketing campaigns, creates social media content, and manages day-to-day office operations while delivering strong customer service and coordinating events.

Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging social media content, including at least three posts per week.
- Capture and edit video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Assist with digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as a liaison between Plumbco and marketing partners.
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Work within ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
- Pull permits and assist with scheduling and office operations.
- Make accounts receivable calls and assist with billing follow-ups.
- Order marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
- Help coordinate company events and community involvement.
- Provide light administrative support as needed.
