Job Description

Plumbco Services, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Coordinator and Office Assistant for an on-site role in Forest Hill, TX. This full-time position pays $24.00 to $28.00 per hour and offers a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and a retirement plan. The role supports marketing campaigns, creates social media content, and manages day-to-day office operations while delivering strong customer service and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

Create and publish engaging social media content, including at least three posts per week.
Capture and edit video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Assist with digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
Serve as a liaison between Plumbco and marketing partners.
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
Work within ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
Pull permits and assist with scheduling and office operations.
Make accounts receivable calls and assist with billing follow-ups.
Order marketing materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
Help coordinate company events and community involvement.
Provide light administrative support as needed.
