Marketing Coordinator II
Job Description
Skanska USA is hiring a Marketing Coordinator II in San Francisco, CA for an onsite role supporting the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. In this position, you’ll help shape client-facing materials and coordinate key pursuit deliverables, working closely with business development and operations to ensure messaging is consistent and ready for submission.
This role offers an estimated yearly salary range of USD 89,250 - 100,000 and is designed for professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the AEC or similar industry.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables.
- Collaborate with business development and operations teams to gather information, create content, and ensure materials align with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives.
- Manage the local marketing database.
- Coordinate basic pursuit video efforts.
- Interview staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content.
- Contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline, OR 8 years of equivalent experience plus a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry (or a similar industry).
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience with time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.
