Marketing Coordinator

RE/MAX Concepts is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts for affiliated brands in Windsor Heights, IA.

Responsibilities

• Social media management: create, schedule, and publish content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Website maintenance: update Wix websites with blog/news posts, photo and copy refreshes, landing pages, and basic SEO + GEO updates
• Graphic design: produce social media graphics using Canva
• Email marketing: support monthly or quarterly newsletters, including list management
• Event support: assist with marketing-related event needs
• Brand development: contribute to ongoing brand growth
• Administrative marketing support: provide general marketing administration across affiliated brands

Requirements

• Education or experience: degree or certificate in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Canva proficiency and practical experience using social media platforms
• Website CMS familiarity, with Wix preferred
• Organizational skills to manage multiple brands at the same time
• Design awareness with attention to brand consistency
• Bonus: experience with email marketing platforms, event coordination, or real estate or hospitality industries
