Job Description

Edina Realty is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with real estate agents, turning business goals into targeted marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. You will leverage CRM, marketing automation, and creative tools to help agents attract clients and build lasting relationships.

Salary

USD 23 - 25 per hour

Location

This is a hybrid role, working in our sales offices and corporate office. Candidates must reside in either Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agents to translate their business plans into effective, timely marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Provide advanced marketing expertise to agents to help them stand out and receive superior value and support
  • Guide agents to select cost-effective strategies and tools that promote their business and foster long-term client relationships
  • Design and create marketing and social media campaigns with agents
  • Regularly analyze marketing and social media data and propose tactical changes to improve performance
  • Leverage our industry-best agent websites within integrated, multimedia marketing plans
  • Collaborate with experts and contributors across the organization to deliver marketing and communications results
  • Occasionally assist with office and agent special events and functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Three years of marketing experience preferred, though not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Solid technical aptitude including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and current social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of Google products to increase online exposure for real estate agents, with a topline understanding of SEO
  • Strong understanding of creative design and production processes
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal marketing and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Strong project management and/or organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of real estate, title and/or mortgage business preferred
  • Attention to detail
