Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports content creation, social media management, event coordination, and patient experience initiatives at NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, with some front-desk duties.

USD 20 - 25 per hour
Responsibilities
- Produce high-resolution photo and video content across the practice
- Record providers, treatments, before-and-after results with patient consent, educational segments, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels
- Edit videos using CapCut or comparable editing software
- Design graphics with Canva or similar design tools
- Plan and publish social media posts
- Assist in maintaining the marketing content calendar
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and overall social engagement
- Stay informed on social media trends and propose creative content ideas
- Collaborate with providers and medical assistants to identify content opportunities
- Organize and manage digital photo and video libraries
- Ensure all content aligns with NOVA's luxury brand standards and messaging
- Assist with planning and executing practice events, open houses, community events, and promotional activities
- Coordinate event logistics, supplies, vendors, and setup
- Capture event photos and videos for future marketing use
- Help promote upcoming events across social media channels
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
- Reach out to potential community partners to develop relationships
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to web inquiries, chat requests, and incoming leads
- Schedule consultations using established scripts and scheduling guidelines
- Enter and maintain accurate information in Aesthetix and Boulevard
- Complete assigned lead follow-up tasks
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Process payments accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support scheduling needs to maximize provider productivity
- Keep marketing assets and files organized
- Assist with administrative marketing projects
- Support promotional campaigns and practice initiatives
- Help track basic social media engagement and campaign performance
- Assist with other marketing and operational projects as assigned
Requirements
- Creative and passionate about social media
- Comfort with using a smartphone to capture quality photo and video content
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
