Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Fontainebleau Florida Hotel, LLC offers an onsite Marketing Coordinator role in Miami Beach that centers on cross department collaboration, vendor management, events, and content initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, you will help drive revenue and strengthen brand loyalty through organized processes, proactive communication, and careful attention to detail. This position provides a collaborative, fast paced hospitality environment where your organizational skills and proactive approach support the marketing team’s efforts across channels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the daily liaison with accounting to establish new vendors.
- Oversee follow ups with accounting and vendors to ensure timely payment scheduling.
- Maintain strong organization and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ensure professional communication between internal departments and external vendors.
- Organize and manage the shared drive and curate the asset library.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams and manage calendars.
- Prepare and maintain accurate expense reports for the marketing team.
- Coordinate gifting and amenities for influencers and editors.
- Maintain logs and calendars for events, mailings, emails, web promotions, seasonal programs, and other initiatives related to assigned departments.
- Collaborate with Marketing team members to preserve brand identity across all mediums.
- Track action items and recommendations, follow up with team members by documenting notes and distributing agendas 24 hours before meetings.
- Assist with content creation, writing, and editing stories and promotions.
- Support the development of special events and offers during key periods to drive business.
- Assist with editor and influencer reservations.
- Build and maintain a knowledge base, staying current on trends in hotel marketing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in communication.
- Detail oriented with a positive demeanor.
- Collaborative and engaging team player.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized with solid problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional client service.
