Marketing Campaign Specialist
Job Description
Join the Pittsburgh Steelers marketing team in a hands-on role that supports campaign development from strategy through reporting. This position helps coordinate cross-department work, manage project flow in Monday.com, and connect stakeholders and external partners so Steelers initiatives stay on brand and on schedule.
You will contribute to audience growth programs, tentpole events, and ticket sales efforts, while also acting as a project manager and marketing liaison for teams including Acrisure Stadium operations, digital content, and corporate partnerships. The role includes building campaign materials, writing and editing marketing copy, and creating reporting tools that give key stakeholders clear visibility into performance.
What you’ll do
- Support campaign strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across marketing initiatives such as audience growth programs, tentpole events, and ticket sales.
- Own campaign projects from start to finish to ensure processes are followed, deadlines are met, stakeholders and partners are engaged, and objectives are achieved.
- Continuously improve campaign workflow and support other departments within the project management tool Monday.com.
- Act as a project manager and marketing liaison across multiple departments, including Acrisure Stadium operations, digital content, and corporate partnerships.
- Create promotional campaign support for departmental initiatives, including hiring stadium staff, our in-app game Immaculate Prediction, our Hall of Honor Museum, and more.
- Partner with creative teams to develop marketing assets (for example, social graphics, website ads, radio copy) aligned to campaign goals and target audiences.
- Write and edit marketing copy for designated campaigns, tailoring content to channel, audience, and brand voice.
- When needed, facilitate communication and relationship building with third parties such as creative agencies, legal teams, and vendors to support campaign success.
- Support the Marketing Campaign Manager and Marketing Campaign Coordinator with campaign and miscellaneous requests as needed.
- Collaborate with business analytics and the Platforms Manager to develop reports, dashboards, and tools that improve stakeholder visibility into campaign progress and effectiveness of key marketing tactics.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communications preferred)
- 1-3 years of professional experience
