Job Description
MRCOOL, LLC, based in Hickory, KY with a hybrid work setup, is seeking a Marketing Assistant focused on communications and design. This role oversees external partner communications from concept through deployment, combining visual design with strategic copy to deliver engaging digital experiences across emails, newsletters, and product launches.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Email Orchestration: Lead the creation, design, and deployment of external communications, including monthly newsletters, strategic flash sales, and major product launches.
- Visual Identity & Design: Produce custom graphics and layouts that honor the brand while pushing contemporary design boundaries.
- Strategic Copywriting: Distill complex information into concise, compelling copy tailored for a professional partner network.
- Growth & Optimization: Apply A/B testing to subject lines, visual hierarchy, and CTAs to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate roadmaps into clear, value-driven updates for partners.
- Brand Stewardship: Serve as the final quality gate to ensure collateral maintains professionalism and brand consistency.
Requirements
- Design Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing ability with clear, authoritative, and persuasive messaging.
- Technical Literacy: Hands-on experience with Email Service Providers such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
- Bonus Expertise: Foundational understanding of HTML/CSS for email, including troubleshooting layout padding and link structures.
- Operational Agility: Ability to manage complex deadlines and navigate stakeholder approvals with poise and precision.
