Responsibilities
- Directs the community marketing and sales program, applying creative, results-driven strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancy
- Builds and nurtures relationships with local professionals including physicians, senior centers, and home health providers to expand referral sources and collaboration opportunities
- Maintains a positive social media presence with engaging content that highlights our mission and core values of love, compassion, and dignity
- Oversees multiple marketing channels, including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach to engage residents, staff, and stakeholders
- Develops and implements lead generation strategies to bridge marketing and sales
- Nurtures customer relationships and drives revenue through integrated marketing campaigns and sales outreach
- Aligns marketing efforts with sales activities to support overall business goals
- Delivers exceptional, tailored tours for prospective residents and their families, reflecting our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
- Implements follow-up plans to nurture relationships and promptly address inquiries or concerns
- Manages the CRM system to maintain leads, track follow-ups, and optimize sales and marketing performance
Requirements
- Associates Degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- 3+ years previous sales, marketing, or community outreach required
- Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
