Marketing and Sales Assistant

This onsite position in Saint Petersburg, FL provides an opportunity to engage Spanish and English speaking customers, contribute to marketing efforts, and build a presence across short form video platforms. Earn from $15.00 per hour with the potential for commission on sales, in a flexible schedule within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both Spanish and English, delivering friendly, professional service
• Support sales efforts by engaging with customers and promoting products and services
• Create and appear in short form videos for social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Help develop marketing content and promotional materials
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Track and report on sales and marketing activities as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Reliable, self motivated, and able to work well in a team
