Marketing and Sales Assistant

The Marketing and Sales Assistant will support outreach efforts and client engagement to expand presence within the fire and life safety industry. This onsite role focuses on lead generation, creation of marketing materials, CRM data management, and event support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and client communications.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, execute email campaigns, and publish social media content.
• Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate client and project information.
• Support trade show planning, booth coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
• Track sales metrics and prepare basic reports for management review.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and partners on marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support for sales and marketing projects.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and email marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
