Job Description
Crunk Babies, based in Minneapolis, is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Operations Brand Manager to elevate our brand presence and streamline operations across branding, product management, and multichannel marketing. This onsite role offers a salary range of $35,000 - $80,000 per year. A website, product, and social channels are already in place, and you will take ownership of these assets under our guidance to drive growth and engagement. The position provides an opportunity to lead innovative marketing initiatives, oversee brand development, and optimize operational workflows to strengthen our market presence. If this partnership proves productive, we are open to discussing favorable arrangements as the brand evolves.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage social media by creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead product management by coordinating market research, analyzing consumer insights, and collaborating with product teams to enhance offerings.
- Drive multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, e-commerce promotions, public relations efforts, and B2B initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning for strategic decision making.
- Manage budgets effectively while planning strategic marketing activities that support sales growth and brand visibility.
- Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics regularly.
- Pursue additional initiatives to grow the brand as opportunities arise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and multichannel campaign execution within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in product management, branding development, market research (including Nielsen data), and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing strategies combined with public relations experience to build brand credibility.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience managing budgets efficiently while executing strategic plans that support sales objectives.
- Knowledge of market analysis techniques including consumer insights gathering and competitive benchmarking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships.
