Job Description

Lead luxury real estate and lifestyle client relationships while shaping integrated marketing strategy, delivery, and performance recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client communication and build trusted, lasting relationships.
  • Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, market position, sales objectives, audiences, and competitive environment.
  • Translate client goals into strategic briefs, campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing programs across branding, creative, websites, search, digital media, social media, content, email, print, and sales-support materials.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and follow-up communication.
  • Manage project flow across creative, media, content, development, and production teams.
  • Oversee budgets, estimates, schedules, approvals, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
  • Review work for strategic alignment, accuracy, brand consistency, and presentation quality before it reaches the client.
  • Interpret campaign performance, market signals, lead activity, and sales feedback to produce meaningful recommendations.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify potential issues early, and keep accounts moving forward.
  • Use approved AI-supported tools to improve research, planning, content development, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining human judgment and quality control.
  • Ensure each initiative supports measurable client objectives, not marketing activity alone.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising, client service, or agency account management.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing across traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing briefs, managing budgets, coordinating campaigns, and reviewing creative work.
  • Comfort working with reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Plus: experience with luxury brands, real estate, residential development, hospitality, or private clubs.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field (relevant professional experience will also be considered).
