Job Description

Hybrid, based in New York, NY, this Marketing Manager role focuses on La Roche-Posay Cicaplast and Lipikar, overseeing 360-degree campaigns, launches, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans for Cicaplast and Lipikar, aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches and renovations, ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Develop engaging marketing content for digital, social, and in-store materials with consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive tracking to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budget and track performance using key metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with key retail partners to design and execute tailored programs that drive sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, DMI, PR, Medical Marketing, Media, Advocacy, Legal/Claims, Consumer Market Insights, and Commercial) to provide strategic assets and oversight for franchise execution.
  • Assist in developing presentations for sales teams, retailer briefings, and training materials for beauty advisors.
  • Partner with Brand Engagement on influencer marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Support Medical Marketing in crafting patient-centric messaging.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaigns and product kits.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data.
  • Oversee the comp creation process for cross-functional use.
  • Serve as the liaison for Caribe La Roche-Posay to ensure alignment with national strategy.
  • Manage sample and tester forecasts for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience; beauty or skincare is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to craft high impact presentations and tell a cohesive story.
  • Strong ability to influence team members and leadership.
  • Proven skill in delivering work within tight timeframes with meticulous attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel 5 to 10 percent of the time, including occasional weekend conferences.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from USD 98,400 to 140,200 per year.
