Job Description
Amazon's Stores Talent Acquisition marketing team seeks a Line of Business Lead to align acquisition efforts with hiring priorities across the Americas. The role serves as a strategic liaison between Stores TA and the Global Amazon Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing organization, shaping conversion-focused campaigns that deliver measurable hiring outcomes. Based in Arlington, Virginia, this onsite position coordinates with regional teams and agency partners to move candidates from awareness to application.

- Salary: USD 118,200 - 160,000 per year
- Minimum experience: 6+ years
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned Stores Talent Acquisition leaders, cultivating relationships with recruiting leaders from Senior Managers up to Directors and VPs, while owning planning workstreams for Stores and One Medical marketing
- Represent the marketing organization to TA partners, ensuring alignment between marketing capabilities and hiring priorities; coordinate with the relevant talent marketing team members and TA stakeholders as needed
- Collaborate with the One Medical TA team to deploy awareness campaigns that support conversion-focused initiatives
- Set and maintain a regular cadence of business reviews including weekly syncs, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Translate complex recruiting challenges into practical marketing plans that drive consideration and conversion
- Create processes to gather comprehensive inputs about TA hiring needs
- Analyze hiring data to identify priority roles based on difficulty-to-hire metrics and business impact
- Develop and validate hiring priorities with LOB TA leaders (PMO and leadership) to ensure strategic alignment
- Create detailed annual and quarterly roadmaps with built-in flexibility for shifting priorities
- Collaborate with in-house regional talent marketing teams (NA and LATAM) and agency partners to deliver the hiring priorities
- Design and execute conversion-focused recruitment marketing campaigns that move candidates from awareness to quality applications and onsite interviews
- Prepare comprehensive campaign briefs, manage project timelines, and provide clear feedback to partners to maximize effectiveness
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against conversion metrics such as application volume, application quality, interview-to-offer ratios, and offer acceptance rates
- Ensure all campaigns align with hiring priorities while maintaining consistency with Amazon's employer brand narrative
- Ad-Hoc Request Management and Capacity Planning: serve as the entry point for TA-requested marketing support for urgent, strategic, or time-sensitive opportunities
- Coordinate with regional talent marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across geographies
- Partner with agency teams across creative services, performance marketing, and journey orchestration to deliver integrated campaigns
- Coordinate with TA teams on recruiter enablement, ensuring marketing resources support effective candidate engagement
- Deliver regular progress reports to TA leadership tracking advancement toward priority hiring goals
- Provide weekly insights to marketing teams about hiring priorities, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
