Jr. Internet Marketing Specialist

WebFX in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an entry level Jr. Internet Marketing Specialist to join the onsite team. The role focuses on client relations, executing digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and testing. The position offers a salary range of USD 50,000 to 53,000 per year and requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a dedicated client roster, delivering industry guidance and recommendations to help achieve goals.
• Foster long-term client relationships built on trust and rapport to support a top-tier retention rate.
• Design and implement data-driven SEO strategies and optimizations for clients.
• Build and manage PPC campaigns (including Google Ads) to generate favorable client outcomes.
• Plan content direction and craft outlines for the copywriting team.
• Oversee the planning and execution of CRO projects and advise on CRO best practices for clients.
• Perform light backend edits on client websites to fix issues and implement content updates.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and RevenueCloudFX and prepare monthly reports.
• Interpret web analytics, demographic data, market research, and buyer behavior; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Conduct industry research such as competitor analysis and keyword research.
• Execute A/B testing, usability testing, and conversion rate optimization to identify effective approaches and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; all majors welcome.
• GPA of 3.4 or above.
• Prior experience in any field, including part-time jobs, internships, or summer roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in any industry.
• Presentation skills.
• Analytical and research abilities.
• Digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Copywriting for the web experience is a plus.
