Victaulic offers an on-site opportunity in Easton, PA for an Integrated Marketing Specialist focused on Content and Integrated Campaigns within its Industrial verticals. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation and multi-channel campaign execution, all within a B2B environment. You will collaborate across sales leadership, product teams, and external partners to move audiences to action, with clear KPIs and budget accountability from strategy through reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Industrial Vertical Market sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Own full-funnel campaigns across digital, social, email, video and print, from strategy to measurement, with defined KPIs and budget ownership.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound marketing efforts to support industrial sales objectives, working with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure on-time and on-brand delivery.
- Develop and manage a campaign calendar that sequences priorities across markets, balancing shared resources with vertical needs and launch timing.
- Build a market-specific content cadence including case studies, project briefs, application stories, blog posts, white papers and sales enablement materials that translate technical product knowledge into value-driven narratives.
- Conduct on-site content capture, such as job site visits, contractor interviews and owner testimonials, to create authentic field-sourced stories that differentiate Victaulic in Industrial markets.
- Prioritize and refresh existing literature across industrial verticals, identifying content gaps and developing new materials to support the full buyer journey.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers and applications engineers to produce accurate technical and commercial content for digital and print formats.
- Serve as the marketing liaison to industrial sales, gathering field intelligence, aligning campaign priorities and contributing to annual and long-range market planning.
- Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to corporate brand standards and proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing operations and workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Construction industry experience is a plus but not required; provide specific campaign examples.
- Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for distinct audiences across multiple verticals.
- Robust collaboration and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a multi-market workload.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, SmartSheet and Teams; Canva and Photoshop skills are desirable.
- College degree in marketing or communications is desired.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with outside vendors, customers and the sales force.
- Ability to travel as needed to job sites, customer locations and industry events to capture field content, up to 15% travel.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets and achieve objectives while working as part of a Marketing team and across departments.
- Ability to work independently when needed and collaborate effectively across regions and time zones as part of a global team.
